    How do you clean this device?

    Hand wash with laundry detergent and warm water. Allow the neck traction pillow to air dry. Do not put this device in the dryer.

    How long do I leave this on each time?

    Some start out with 5 minutes and then gradually worked their way up to 15-20 minutes.

    What neck size will this go up to?

    The neck traction device is suitable for neck sizes up to 19 inches in diameter. The inflation of the neck traction device is approximately 10 inches. However, the neck traction device secures with hook and loop fasteners which will keep it secure and comfortable while you are wearing it.

    How does this compare to a neck hamock?
