Refund Policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us and we stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. RiptGear offers a 30 Day from the date of the purchase return policy. If you chose to return the product, you might be responsible for restocking or return shipping fees. The product warranty only pertains to products that have defects or product issues. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
