    What is the size of the cooling towel?

    The instant cooling towel dimensions are (40” x 12” inches) and (36” x 11.5” inches) after a few washing cycles.

    How do I take care of the cooling towel?

    Wash it by hand, then air dry. Do not bleach, iron, or use a chemical softener.

    Do these towels get hard when dry?

    No. These towels do not get hard when they dry. These cooling towels remain soft and flexible just like a normal microfiber towel would. Very comfortable to wear around your neck.

    Does this smell bad after use?

    As long as the towel is washed and dried without letting mildew set in, then the towel will not smell after use. Just to be clear it will smell bad if you are using it to keep sweat away, similar to most workout clothes and items. It does not have a bad smell after it is washed.

    How long does it stay cold before you have to run it under water again?

    About 15 minutes. It lasts longer if you put it in some ice water or a bag of ice cubes. Some have placed it in a cooler when going to the beach or at home they put it in the freezer in a bag of ice.

    I've tried other products that ending up riding up my back. What prevents this from doing the same?

    When it is properly adjusted it should not ride up at all. After several uses you should barely know its on.
