    Got Questions?

    We've Got Answers!

Can I wear crew socks with the compression calf sleeve? If so, should the upper part of the sock go under or over the compression sleeve?

Yes, you can wear crew socks with calf sleeves. We suggest wearing the crew socks on top of the compression sleeves.

Are these washable and how do you wash them if they are?

Yes, the calf sleeves are washable. We recommend hand washing in cold water and allowing the calf sleeve to air dry.

    Are these good for flying?

Compression socks are more recommended for flying but we do have customers who have used the calf sleeves for travel instead of socks. If you use the calf compression sleeves, just monitor your feet to make sure they don't swell. If they do, remove them.

Could these be used to hold shin guards with worn elastic bands in place?

The compression sleeves are tight by design. Guards would be difficult to fit and the combination would be uncomfortable

Does the calf support compression roll down while walking and running?

We have several responses over the years saying that while running many miles wearing these they stay in place very well; no slipping or rolling.
